Dr Sally Bell came this weekend to talk about ‘Mood Food’ and showed how ‘eating the rainbow’ with a ‘plant slant’ can improve our mental and physical health and wellbeing. Delicious, nutritious, mood and health- enhancing three course lunch provided by our chef, Alexis. Ian talked about our heritage wheat and Jonty Brunyee led a farm walk, encouraging guests to smell the ‘composty’ scented soil produced by herbal leys and see the sheep enjoying their own delicious, nutritious and health-enhancing diverse crop - turning sunshine into Sunday dinner.
